Refund Policy
Most brand-new, unused retail items can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund to the original payment method. Completed labor is not refundable once performed, but workmanship concerns will be handled under any labor coverage noted on your invoice.
Eligibility checklist (parts & accessories)

Condition: Unused or “as new” when reasonably possible. Include manuals, hardware, gaskets, cables/chargers, and any bundled/promo items.

Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required.

Exclusions: Installed electrical components, fluids/chemicals, clearly used items, or returns sent without authorization (unless defective on arrival or required by law).
Who pays return shipping?

Change of mind / wrong item ordered: Customer covers return freight.

Our error or DOA on arrival: We cover reasonable return costs once verified.
Start a return (2-minute email)
Email support@youngsautomotiveservice.us with your Order #, the item(s), and a short reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address.
Please don’t send items without authorization unidentified parcels may be refused.
Exchanges
Need a different part number/size? Request an exchange within 30 days (subject to availability). Sometimes the fastest route is return + new order we’ll advise.
Refund timing
After your return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post within 3–7 business days after we process them.
Shipment issues (damaged / missing / incorrect)
Tell us within 7 days of delivery attach photos if damaged and include your order number we’ll make it right.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (our non-recoverable payment costs). If the order already shipped, please use the return steps above.
