Accessibility Statement

  • Effective: January 9, 2026

  • Everyone should be able to book service and buy parts without barriers. Our aim is to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA guidance and improve continuously.

  • What we’re doing

  • Inclusive foundations: semantic HTML, logical headings, labels for inputs, alt text for meaningful images.

  • Keyboard & screen-reader access: search, booking, cart, and checkout are operable without a mouse.

  • Contrast & focus: colors and focus states chosen for clarity.

  • Testing & remediation: periodic automated scans plus human review; identified issues are prioritized for fixes.

  • Need assistance or found a barrier?

  • Share the page URL, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology used.

  • Phone: (561) 839-9692 (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET)

  • Email: support@youngsautomotiveservice.us

  • Mail: Accessibility, 1430 PONCE DE LEON BLVD., BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601

  • We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within 2 business days and provide a workaround or fix as quickly as feasible.
